Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Forum Labs, Inc. ("Forum Labs", "we", "us") handles information on this website, forumlabs.app, and when you contact us. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, which explains what that product collects and why: see the TenTenor privacy policy and the Hushling privacy policy.

This website

forumlabs.app doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and doesn't load fonts or code from other companies. We don't ask you to sign in or fill in forms.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this information to identify you or build profiles.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to help with your request. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it for that purpose and to keep basic records.

We don't sell or share personal information

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only if the law requires it, or to service providers (such as our email and hosting providers) who handle it on our behalf.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@forumlabs.app. We'll respond within the time the law requires.

Children

This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
